Chilo is of our series semi-flush pendant light fittings, created on the basis of the classical technique of lampshade making by winding tape onto a frame. We brought forward this technique by producing a solid lampshade body of aluminum onto which we attach braided strip with different width using a unique method for permanent fixing. Chilo represents the accomplishments of classical workmanship, interpreted through the demand driven contemporary perceptions of form and detail.
